Riverboarding

High Adventure Activity

This adventure is not for the faint of heart. Riverboarding is a physically demanding activity and requires quick decision making in an unforgiving environment. This activity gives individuals freedom on the river while working with a team to safely navigate class IV rapids.

We meet in Lowell Idaho and gear up for a day of riverboarding on the Lochsa River. Once everyone has all of the necessary equipmnent and gear we head upriver on the shuttle bus to the put-in where you will receive expert instruction from our professional guides. Spend the morning becoming familiar with the riverboard and learning how to navigate the river with the instructors. Stop and have a delicious riverside lunch made at the Mammoth Camp. After lunch we continue down the “Black Canyon” section of the Lochsa where we hit famous rapids like Bloody Mary, Grim Reaper, Lochsa Falls, Hospital Hole, Termination and many more.

The Mammoth Riverboarding Team is selected for their advanced skillset. Our Guides will lead you through the absolute BIGGEST adventure of your life.
